1. The Promoter

  1. The Promoter is Martha Jean, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Contact: hello@marthajean.com.au
  2. The giveaway is run in collaboration with Catherine De Boise, who is contributing part of the prize.
  3. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion period and eligibility

  1. The giveaway opens at 7am AEDT on 22nd of October and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 1st November. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
  3. Employees of Martha Jean and Catherine De Boise, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  4. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. How to enter

  1. To enter, submit your email address through the giveaway sign-up form at [giveaway page URL] during the promotion period.
  2. Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be counted as one entry.
  3. Entrants are encouraged to follow @marthajeanstudio and @catherine_de_boise on Instagram, but following is not a condition of entry.
  4. The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, automated or made in breach of these terms.

4. The prize

There is one prize, with a total value of $612 (incl. GST).

  1. Prize values are the recommended retail prices at the time these terms were published.
  2. The prize will be posted free of charge to an address in Australia.
  3. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. If an item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

5. Winner selection and notification

  1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 3nd November
  2. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw, and their first name and state will be announced on @marthajeanstudio + @catherine_de_Boise on Instagram.
  3. The winner must reply within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed in that time, a redraw will take place,and the new winner will be notified the same way.
  4. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Privacy and marketing

  1. Entrants' personal information is collected by Martha Jean to run this giveaway and, with your consent given at entry, to send you marketing emails from Martha Jean. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Instagram and Meta

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. Entrants release these platforms from all liability relating to the giveaway

8. General

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or incomplete entries, including those affected by technical faults.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Catherine De Boise are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the giveaway or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
  3. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a state or territory regulator.
