If you are not happy, then we are not happy. If you are not satisfied with our products, then we are would like to hear from you, to try and work out a fair outcome for all. Unfortunately we do not allow returns on products for a change of mind. Also due to health regulations we cannot return earrings, unless there is a manufacturing default and/or the item has been received damage upon its arrival. 

Martha Jean must be notified within 14 days of purchase if there are any issues with the products. Proof of purchase must be supplied for all faulty claims. 

We do not offer a refund on shipping and it will be the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping products back to us for repair, exchange or return.
